World Friends is a member of the Italian Global Health Network, a network of Italian and international NGOs engaged in the fight against pandemics (AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria) and poverty. The network aims to help contain the spread of these diseases around the world, paying particular attention to low-income countries. It also promotes close collaboration between NGOs in order to develop common political action that raises awareness among public institutions in the development of healthcare policies.

World Friends is a member of LINK 2007, a network that brings together 15 of the most important and historic Italian Non-Governmental Organizations. The association promotes the enhancement, expansion of operational opportunities and qualitative improvement of development cooperation. The objective of LINK 2007 is to network the heritage of organizations that for decades, in dialogue with society and institutions, have been committed to fighting poverty, for the development of peoples and for a more equitable and just world.

World Friends is part of COP - Piedmontese NGO Consortium, a non-profit association made up of civil society organizations operating in the Piedmont area that deal with international cooperation and global citizenship education.

World Friends is also present on COIKE (Coordination of Italian NGOs in Kenya), the main platform, established in 2015, which brings together over 35–48 Italian Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) operating in Kenya. COIKE promotes visible and effective coordination, information sharing and collective action, working closely with theNairobi Office of the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation.
